Mark your calendars! We look forward to seeing you for one of,
Vancouver Island Region's 25th anniversary celebrations.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Due to Provincial Covid regulations, this years event will limited to 45 registered Vancouver Island members only.
In order to follow the Covid regulations and anticipate possible changes in May 2021, this event does have the possibility of being canceled due to group gathering size. Some of the listed events will be changed to follow May 2021 Covid guidelines. We are working on, contingency plans if needed. If this event is cancelled, full registration fees will be refunded.
You will be kept updated to any alterations. We will follow our tradition of this being a Charity event for Cops for Cancer and UVFB, with this years flavor of a 25th Anniversary Get Away Weekend.

Friday May 21
3:00 pm – 5:00 pm Registration – Resort Ballroom
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Whisky Tasting – Wine Cellar (by donation to UVFB)
7:30 pm – 9:30 pm Welcome Social – Resort Ballroom
Saturday May 22
9:00 am – 11:00 am Show & Shine Resort Parking lot.
11:00 am – 4:00 pm Ukee Walking town center.
11:00 am - 4:00 pm Overland Expedition (by Paul Rossmo)
11:00 am – 4:00 pm Drive time to Tofino.
1:30 pm – 3:00 pm Guided Nature Walk (by donation to Wild Pacific Trail)
5:30 pm Banquet bar open, silent auction begins – Ballroom
6:30 pm Banquet ballroom door open – Ballroom
7:00 pm Banquet dinner – Ballroom
8:00 pm Banquet social time, prizes, Charity Auction – Ballroom
Sunday May 23
9:00 am – 12:00 pm Breakfast Buffet, UVFB Auction – Ballroom
12:00 pm Participants depart

All registrations will be held and processed on a first come, first served basis.
Registration fee: $195 per person (does NOT include accommodation)

Everyone is responsible for making their own accommodation reservations and advising Black Rock of any dietary restrictions
