The entry cap for this event is 250- This cap does not include Formula Junior drivers.
All Events Must have 120 entrants 2 weeks prior to the event or it will be in jeopardy
All required Sponsor decals will be available on site at tech ONLY
Any two drivers in the same class must register the 2 digit number first. Numbers can be changed at registration check in on Friday before 7 pm

8 -11 am Site and course set-up.
11 am - 2:30 pm Courses and site available for ProSolo National Series promotional use.
1:30 – 2 pm EVO Hole Shot Drivers Meeting
2 - 3 pm EVO Hole Shot practice starts (course closed for walking)
3 – 3:30 pm EVO Hole Shot Wrap Up Meeting
3 - 6 pm Practice starts (Course closed for walking, ticket sales end at 5 pm)
3 – 7 pm Tech Inspection, Registration check-in
6:15 pm (approx) Novice meeting at right course start line
3 - 7 pm Check-in/Registration (No new entries after 7pm)
6 pm Course open for walking
7:00 pm Chiefs Meeting

6:30 am Site opens
7 - 7:45 am Check-in and Tech (Pre-registered entrants only)
8:30 am Course closed for walking
8:40 am Group 1 to A Grid, Group 2 to B Grid, Worker check-in

All cancelations must be made in writing. For questions or to cancel please contact Brian Harmer (bharmer@scca.com) or Jamie Mullin (jmullin@scca.com). All cancelations must be received no later than 12pm central time the Monday prior to the event to receive a partial refund. After Monday prior to the event, fee is nonrefundable but may be transferred to another 2017 ProSolo (Excludes Finale).
