Event requirements
Gate opens at 6:30am and check in starts at 7:00am
Mandatory driver meetings start at 7:15am, first cars are on track at 8:00am, day ends at 5:00pm
SA2015 or SA2020 helmets are required for the event. Motorcycle or M helmets are not allowed. Helmets and HANS devices are available for rent in a variety of sizes. We will give drivers until the end of 2025 to get either a 2020 or 2025 helmet.
Vehicles and trailers may be dropped in the paddock after 7:00pm or at such time as directed by the track. If you arrive early, plan to park in Lot 2, which they will direct you to.
Garages are available for rent for $100 per garage bay. Can hold 2 cars, nose to tail. Click the box for the garage at the time of registration. Access is available the day of the event, not the night before.
Driver's lunch is included. Guest lunches are available for purchase at the time of driver on-line registration. The Raceway Cafe will be open for guests to buy directly.
Car numbers are mandatory at all tracks. They must be on both sides of the car, at least 6" high, and easily visible to the corner workers. HOD numbers are available for purchase with on-line registration or at the track. Raceway Cafe will be open for guests to buy directly.
Paddock camping is allowed by this facility. We will have access to the paddock after 7pm the night before the event.
