The event logistics message will be emailed to registered drivers and posted to this web page about a week before the event. Any changes to the information below will be noted in the logistics message.
For this event at WRLS, we have a sound limit of 90db.
SA2015 or SA2020 helmets are required for the event. Motorcycle or M helmets are not allowed. Helmets and HANS devices are available for rent in a variety of sizes. We will give drivers until the end of 2025 to get either a 2020 or 2025 helmet.
Vehicles and trailers may be dropped in the paddock between 6:00pm and 7:00pm the night before the event.
Gate opens at 6:30am and check in starts at 7:00am
Mandatory driver meetings start at 8:30am, first cars are on track at 9:00am, day ends at 5:00pm
Driver's lunch is included. Guest lunches are available for purchase at the time of driver on-line registration.
Car numbers are mandatory at all tracks. They must be on both sides of the car, at least 6" high, and easily visible to the corner workers. HOD numbers are available for purchase with on-line registration or at the track.
Interested in camping in the paddock? Check the Blue Box next to Paddock Camping and select for 1 Night or 2 Nights. Camping is $100 per night per vehicle.

A Novice - This run group offers one to one coaching - $599
A Solo - You must have prior track experience and includes Team Coaching - $549
B w/ Team Coaching Runs at same time as the B intermediate, but working with a single coach - $499
B Intermediate - Passing with point by in limited zones - $429
C Advanced - This group has open passing with a mandatory point by - $429
D Expert - This is open passing with no point bys required - $429
