TRACK CLASSIC IX

SCHEDULE:
Gates open at 6:00 a.m.
Drivers meeting at 7:30 a.m. (mandatory)
On track from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Gates close at 6:00 p.m.
FORMAT:
Three run groups, based on driver experience and car performance,
in five 30-minute sessions (= 2½ hours of track time) per run group
ENTRIES:
In order to minimize traffic on track, entries will be limited to
45 in total and 15 per run group.
ENTRY FEE:
$375 basic entry fee for one driver and one car in one run group;
supplemental entry fees for additional cars and/or additional run groups
GUEST FEE:
$50 per person
MEALS:
A full hot breakfast, a complete barbecue lunch, and beverages
throughout the day will be provided to all drivers and guests.
CLUB P1:
Membership in Club P1 is available as an option to drivers only.
It entitles you to a $50 discount in entry fees at each TRACK CLASSIC
event in 2010 as well as other special perks such as priority registration
and reserved parking.
COACHING:
Private one-on-one coaching by professional instructors
is available by prior arrangement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Confirmed entrants will be charged 50% of their fees
for cancellation through Friday 1 October;
confirmed entrants will be charged 100% of their fees
for cancellation on or after Saturday 2 October.
HOTEL:
The Holiday Inn Express in Willows has rooms available on the nights of
Thursday 7 October and Friday 8 October at the reduced rate of $99.

Event requirements
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
ALL staff members MUST be approved for this event.
ALL attendees MUST register in advance for this event.
This applies to everyone -- drivers, passengers, guests,
crew members, staff members, driving instructors, and
spectators. Sorry, NO exceptions.
CAR ELIGIBILITY:
This event is open to all track-worthy cars.
Priority will be given to significant sports, racing, and formula cars.
DRIVER ELIGIBILITY:
This event is open to
· members and friends of The Candy Store
· members and friends of CSRG
· members and friends of HMSA
· members and friends of the BMW CCA-Golden Gate Chapter
· members and friends of the Ferrari Club of America-Pacific Region
· members and friends of the Porsche Club of America-Golden Gate Region
· approved guests
DRIVER EXPERIENCE:
Drivers should have no fewer than 10 days (or equivalent)
of previous track experience.

EQUIPMENT:
ALL drivers, passengers, and driving instructors are REQUIRED
to wear helmets with a Snell certification of SA2000 or newer
while on track.
TECH INSPECTION:
ALL cars MUST undergo and pass a tech inspection prior to the event.
