The region will hold a Heel and Toe Clinic on Saturday, May 14th in conjunction with the Riesentoter PCA Driver’s Education Event being held at Pocono Raceway May 13-15th.
The Heel and Toe Clinic will be held all day on Saturday, May 14th and will run concurrently with the DE sessions. The proposed schedule allows DE students to participate in their normal run groups in addition to the H/T Clinic so you won’t miss any track time. For those of you planning to attend just for the Clinic you’ll have a full day filled with classroom instruction, in-car instruction and tons of time to practice and hone this important skill on the front straight at Pocono! The late afternoon session of the clinic will be “open” giving everyone the opportunity to practice as much as you like up until the track closes for the day. You’ll also have the opportunity to socialize with other members of the club in the garage area following the event.
For those of you who are participating in the DE, the H/T Clinic will be included at no additional cost. For anyone coming on Saturday for the H/T Clinic only, the registration fee will be $50 for the entire day.
Event requirements
Non-DE attendees should plan to be at the track by 7am to register. You will be required to attend the driver’s meeting and classroom sessions, but are not required to have a Tech Inspection done prior to the event. A special grid Safety-Tech inspection will be done at the track for non-DE cars and details as to the time and location of the inspection will be provided at registration.
