Monterey Bay Region - Porsche Club of America - Porsche Corral 2013
The Rolex Monterey Motorsport Reunion weekend with the most exquisite collection of racing history is scheduled for August 16-18, 2013. We have new offerings for our Porsche Club members this year, so read on!
Corral Breakfast
Start your day off right with this great offering, which includes:
- Hot Coffee & Tea
- Fresh Bakery Basket (muffings, scones, Danish and breakfast breads)
Corral Lunch
Avoid the lines and dine with your fellow PCA members in our exclusive hospitality area which overlooks Turn 5. Our lunch offerings are:
Saturday, August 17
- California baby greens with crisp apples, blue cheese and toasted walnuts with a cider vinaigrette
- Zesty cucumber & tomato salad with classic herb vinaigrette
- Asiago Pasta Salad with black olives, sun dried tomato & feta cheese
- Garlic Bread
- Marinated Santa Maria Tri Tip with horseradish cream sauce & salsa fresca
- Sweet BBQ beans
- Double chocolate Bourbon pecan bundt cake with fresh seasonal berries
Sunday, August 18
- Salinas Valley baby greens tossed with ruby tomatoes, cucumbers, thinly sliced onions garbanzo beans, croutons with Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette
- Apple & blue cheese cole slaw
- House made biscuits
- Southern fried chicken with buttlermilk dipping sauce & molasses BBQ sauce
- Potatoes jackson with bacon sauteed onion sand peppers
- Roasted corn & colorful bell peppers
- Seasonal fresh fruit pies served with Whipped cream
Corral Parking - One Corral Pass is required per Porsche marque vehicle. (NO OTHER VEHICLE MARQUE ALLOWED IN CORRAL- No exceptions)
The Corral Package entities 1 Porsche marque vehicle to park in the Corral, a free MBR-PCA club event t-shirt, and 1 hospitality pass for the driver. Additional hospitality passes may be purchased for your passenger(s) - $15 for 1st passenger; $12 for 2nd passenger; $8 for third passenger
