Dinner and entertainment Saturday night is up to the individual as we prepare for a number of optional tours on Sunday. For early risers who like a drive before breakfast, the famous CB to Tillamook breakfast tour heads down the Necanicum Highway before finishing at the Cheese factory in Tillamook for breakfast. Afterwards a number of options are available, such as a ride over to see the Wineries in McMinnville or a visit to the Tillamook Air Museum, housed in the largest wooden structure in the world. For those more inclined to sleep in and enjoy Cannon Beach, a full day of beach walks and exploring awaits. Nearby Ecola State Park is a great option for hikers. Sunday evening the club hosts a Dinner Social and Buffet at the Tolovana wrapping up what is sure to be a great event.
The Saturday lunch stop Pizza Buffet at Fultano’s is about $10 / person, paid directly to the restaurant after the meal. The Sunday Cheese Factory breakfast is ordered from the standard menu, again please pay the restaurant directly at the time of your meal.

Cost per person is $53 not including optional beverages. A cash bar will be available and you can bring your own wine for a $10 corkage fee (payable to the bar).
Rooms are available at the Tolovana Inn. The group reservation deadline is September 12th, after that date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the regular rate.

All individual guestrooms must be guaranteed to a major credit card, one night's room and tax is required as an advanced deposit. All rooms not guaranteed by the cut-off date will be released. All individual guestrooms not canceled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival and /or not claimed (no shows), will be billed for payment.

Event requirements
Tour Requirements:
- Cancellations and refunds: Please read and understand this policy before registering. Up until 30 days before the event, you may cancel and receive a refund for portions of the event paid directly to PNWR, less a 10% process fee. Hotel Reservations must be cancelled within the policy of the hotel. For additional information, email the event chair at tours@pnwr.org.
- Car club membership: To participate you should be a member of the PCA and PNWR. Porsche owners who are not members may register and receive a special invitation on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Porsches on the Tour: Unless the tour is specifically intended for a particular type of Porsche you may bring other makes of car to the tour. ...but why would you want to do that?

For Adult participants and attendees: Please print and sign the event waiver, and bring it with you to give to the tour organizer the day of the tour. All passengers and drivers need to sign.

- Age and driver's license restrictions: All drivers must be at least 16 years old and in possession of a valid US driver's license at the time of the Tour. A driving permit is not acceptable. For participants under 18 years old, the participant and his/her parents must sign an additional waiver and the participant must attend with at least one parent or legal guardian. - Registering for Passengers: Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you in the space provided during registration. If you have two cars on the tour each car and driver should register with a separate Motorsportreg account.
