Come join the Golden Gate Lotus Club for this open track event at Thunderhill Raceway on Thursday September 11, 2014
You do not need to own a Lotus to attend this event. We run our events as close to non-profit as we can and you will not find a better price for a full day on the track. Price is $175 for members and $195 for non-memberes. Additional drivers sharing a car are $60. You can become a GGLC member for $25.
This event will be divided into 2 different groups on track; Group A, for experienced drivers (20+ track days/racing experience or equivalent) with open passing, and Group B with restricted passing for Novice/Intermediate-level drivers. Sign-up for whichever group is appropriate for your experience level. There will be no bridging of run groups for this event as we normally do. If you sign up for a particular group and decide at the track that you are not comfortable, ask a GGLC official to switch groups and it will probably be no problem.
We also have a limited number of openings for first-time track drivers - . First-time drivers will receive 1 on 1 coaching from an experienced driver.
At this event we will run the 5-mile, 27 turn track in the standard counter clockwise direction with The Bypass.
This event will run rain or shine. Cancellations before 08/28/2014 will receive a credit for a future track day which will be good for one year from the cancellation date. Cancellations after 08/28/2014 will receive a credit ONLY if the event sells out.
We will not conduct a tech inspection on your car. You are solely responsible for the safety of your car.
Open top cars must have a roll bar. Factory installed roll bars are OK. Open wheeled cars will be allowed in the open passing group.

We will close registration at 70 cars. It is suggested that you enter early to ensure a spot.
