Join us for the Gator Motorsport Annual Track Event at Putnam Park!
As Gator Motorsport branches out to new brands, specifically targeted toward the track going enthusiasts, we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than to invite those who support us and our business. We would like to invite motorsport enthusiasts to our fourth annual track event to be held on Saturday & Sunday, July 22nd & 23rd at Putnam Park Road Course!
If you’ve been to Putnam Park Road Course in the last couple years, you know how nice the facilities and grounds are kept. If not, you need to check it out as it’s one of the nicer private clubs around and thankfully in our backyard! This past fall/winter Putnam Park Road Course saw several major improvements to the track! The entire track was milled, repaved and all curbing repainted. These enhancements will offer a much smoother surface and a more pleasurable driving experience! Don’t miss this opportunity to take advantage of these significant improvements. Although our cost for the track weekend has gone up, we are committed to offer one of the lowest prices for a track weekend around.

Schedule of Events
We will begin activities on Friday evening, July 21st. Pre-tech inspections will be conducted between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Gator Motorsport. Following the tech inspection, we will meet for dinner at the El Rodeo between 7:30-8:00pm. 4000 W 106th St # 185, Carmel, IN 46032. Click here for Google Maps. Following Saturday's track event, we will meet again at El Rodeo at 7:30-8:00pm for dinner.
Should rooms be unavailable at Holiday Inn Express, there are many hotels around. The next nearest hotels are the Drury INN, Comfort INN and Extended Stay America all within a few hundred yards on Michigan Road. Please mention Gator Motorsport Corporate Track Day for their discounted rates. On Saturday & Sunday, the track gates will open at 7:00 A.M. For those unable to have their cars approved Friday evening at Gator Motorsport, Tech inspections will resume at 7:30 A.M. Saturday Morning & Sunday Morning at the track! If you need your car inspected at the track please do not be late! No car will be allowed on track without an inspection sticker. There will also be a mandatory drivers’ meeting at 8:30 A.M. both Saturday and Sunday. No participant will be issued a drivers’ wristband unless they have attended this meeting both days.
Is this your first track day?
Depending upon experience, you will be placed in one of three groups, created to fit the Daring First Timers (Green Group), the Middle of the Laners (Yellow Group), and the Fully Prepped Drivers (Red Group). Instructors will be on hand to help. Group assignments and the final timetable will be provided at registration. If you have car numbers, please provide them on the registration form - first come first serve! If you wish to bring spectators/non-driving guests, you are more than welcome to do so. Additional lunches can be purchased for $15.00 each.

We are seeking experienced driving instructors to help work with the green group for in-seat instruction. You will still be able to run in the Red Group and enjoy 4 sessions throughout the day. For verification, please provide history of previous experience as an instructor. This option can be selected on the registration form. We would greatly appreciate any volunteers as we expect several newcomers who are eager to get some experience around the track!
