Event Schedule
Please pay extra attention to the event schedule, it will vary slightly from event to event as we occasionally have time restrictions
TODAY WE HAVE A CHANGE TO THE SCHEDULE
07:00 am Site opens
07:30 am Registration opens, course setup begins
08:30 am Registration closes, course open to walk
09:00 am Mandatory drivers meeting
09:15 am Rookie course walk
09:45 am First car on course
12:30 pm Lunch break - MANDATORY QUIET TIME BEGINS
01:30 pm Racing resumes - MANDATORY QUIET TIME ENDS
03:00 pm Site closes
The quiet time is because of a 1pm wedding taking place and as we all know sometimes when it comes to weddings the schedule might move slightly. This means our quiet time might move 15-30 minutes earlier or later and we may also be required to remain quiet for a longer period of time. In order to manage this disruption as effectively as possible we may have to do 3 sets of runs before the break and 1 after. Please come prepared to wait until 1pm for lunch if necessary. My suggestion would be to plan to take lunch off-site, the less cars we have around the less likely we are to get implicated for any noise produced. We will arrange for a couple of people to remain on site to watch over any personal belongings left behind.
Site Restrictions
As motorsports enthusiasts, it is the goal of the club to not only host motorsports events, but to demonstrate that motorsports activities can be conducted in a responsible, sustainable manner that benefits the surrounding community, and participants everyday driving skills and behaviour. With this in mind, participants and attendees are reminded to be respectful of others, property and municipal ordinances, both on and off the event site. Racing, burning out, stunting, exceeding posted speed limits will not be tolerated.
No alcohol or drugs are allowed on site.
All garbage must be removed from site. Our goal is to leave the venue in the same, if not better condition than we found it.
Any participant not exhibiting good behaviour both on site and off site will be asked to leave and banned from future events.
