IMPORTANT: We need you to register for Oktoberfest if you haven’t done so.
If you are instructing ONLY, please use this link to register using the volunteer only Oktoberfest registration.
If you should decide to register for an event later, contact Steven Schlossman at sschlossman@bmwcca.org to update your registration rather than creating a new registration.
And be sure to check the instructor checkbox in the volunteer section.

Lodging
Please make your hotel reservations using the HYATT link at the end of Ofest registration.
National will reimburse ½ the daily rate for each day you instruct. If you wish to double up, the room will be covered for that day.
After the event an expense form will be available. Only reservations at the Hyatt will be reimbursed.
