SCHEDULE
FRIDAY 27 May 2016 No race engines may be started before 8am or after 7 pm
7:00am - 9:00am Registration for pre-registered drivers, workers and crew
12:00pm - 1:00pm Registration for pre-registered drivers, workers and crew
7:30am – 5:00pm Tech Inspection, Garage 1 South, Scales open at Tech 10:00am – 3:00pm
9:00am – 5:00pm Test Day Sessions; Group 3 in the Driver’s School rotation.
7:00pm – 9:00pm Registration for all drivers.

FRIDAY TEST SESSIONS: Test session passes sold only at Registration for $25 per session. The test session will be Group 3 and will alternate between Closed Wheel and Open Wheel. They are open ONLY to drivers pre-registered for the Regional. All vehicles on track for the test sessions must have an event tech sticker. See Driver School Supps for a more detailed schedule of the test sessions.
SATURDAY 28 May 2016 No race engines may be started before 8am or after 7 pm
7:00am – 10:00am Registration
7:00am – 5:00pm Tech Inspection, Garage 1 South, Scales open at Tech 7:45am –12:00pm
8:15am – 20-minute Qualifying sessions by race group,
Noon approx. Lunch break
1:00pm approx. Race 1 for all groups will be 19 minutes plus a lap; CRE is race group 8.
Grids for Race 1 will be set by the best lap in morning qualifying session
TRACK RIDES Time permitting, approx 15 minutes after last race
THANK YOU PARTY Following final track activity, location TBA … everyone welcome!
SUNDAY 29 May 2016 No race engines may be started before 8am or after 7 pm
7:30am - 9:30am Registration
7:30am - 5:00pm Tech, Garage 1 South, Scales open at Tech 9:00am – 10:30am
8:15 am - Race 2 for all groups will be 18 minutes plus a lap, CRE is race group 8
Grids: All grids for Race 2 will be set by the best lap in Race 1
Noon approx. Lunch break
1pm approx.. Race 3 for all groups will be 20 minutes plus a lap; CRE is race group 8
Grids: All Race 3 grids will be set by the finishing order in Race 2.

Groups are subject to change according to entries received. Schedules are approximate. Any changes will be provided at Registration or by announcement. Non-GCR class rules are listed on www.nediv.com. NERRC Rules will be posted at www.ner.org All Rules and Specifications that are referenced to a website, or other means, in these Supplemental Regulations shall be those Rules and Specifications in effect at the time Registration for the event is opened.
* Cars compliant with FV Challenge Series may run in FV.

A COPY OF THE SUPPS WILL BE POSTED AT REGISTRATION. Please print a copy for your own use.
Please review, and update if needed, your list of three preferred numbers in your vehicle's profile as this list will be used to assign your car number. NER no longer uses a reserved number. (first entry received gets the number). Crew lists must be listed with adults only (not listing current crew results in delays at Registration).
Online pre-payment will not be used for this event. Payments will be received and processed at Registration at the track. Payment types accepted: check, cash, or credit card (MC, Visa, Discover, and American Express).
NERRC points will be awarded for all 3 Regional Race sessions. NARRC & NYSRRC points will be awarded for Regional Race 1 on Saturday and Regional Race 3 on Sunday afternoon. NYSRRC stickers will be available at Tech. Divisional Championship points will be awarded for Regional Race 1 on Saturday and Regional Race 4 on Sunday afternoon. Contingency race is Sunday afternoon, Race 3.
