ACLS 2016 State Meet

Join your fellow Audi Enthusiasts for our Annual State Meet, this year held in Dallas/Ft. Worth on June 17-19th! Each year members form all across the state converge on a single location for a weekend of comradery, fun, and everything Audi. This year's event will be sure to deliver on these items and create lasting memories. Additionally this years event will coincide with the running of the 24h of LeMans where Audi will be battling their rivals Porsche & Toyota for dominance in the LMP1 category. Throughout the weekend we will be cheering on Audi in their quest for the podium. We have a full line-up of events this year, check out the details below and then get registered!

Friday

On Friday we will hold registration at the hotel from 3pm-7pm and then head over to TopGolf for an evening of fun. This will provide everyone an opportunity to meet their fellow Audi enthusiasts as we kick off the State Meet and build lasting memories. We will wrap things up at TopGolf around 9pm at which point everyone will head back to the hotel for more socializing and preparation for Saturday's events.

Saturday

Saturday will start bright and early as we leave the hotel and head to a local Audi Dealership to kick off the start of the 2016 24h of LeMans! While at the dealership we will receive updates on the latest models and a facility tour, along with a lite breakfast.

From here we will go exploring the best roads that North Texas has to offer and putting the advanced technology of our cars to good use. This drive will not be a race and should last approx 2 hours.

After the drive the group will head back into DFW where we will have lunch while allowing members to go explore Cowboys Stadium on a VIP guided tour & also place their cars on a Dyno to measure the performance of their vehicles.

Following the Dyno & Stadium tour we will head to another local Audi Dealership for more viewing of the 24h of LeMans and Audi goodness!

Our last stop of the day will be at a local German restaurant where we can get in touch with our German roots.

We will end the day back at the hotel where we will enjoy a private area to view the latest progress of the race and continue cheering on Audi as they march for victory.

Sunday

Sunday morning will have an early start at the hotel as we watch the end of the race and hopefully watch Audi cross the finish line in 1st place. Once the race completes and everyone is ready to leave the hotel, we will head out to the largest karting Facility in Texas and hold our annual GrandPrix. This event will be 3 sessions with the final being a race with a standing start and bragging rights until next years Karting GrandPrix. Lunch will be catered in at the karting facility from a local BBQ restaurant. We will wrap up the state meet with the farewell ceremonies and group photo.
